Yes, absolutely! That’s the whole point of having a consultation call before I send out your personalized pricing guide. I want to ensure your videography package covers what you truly want and need. Every package, however, does come with certain standard features mentioned above.

Life happens! I completely get it, and am here to make the process of cancellation, rescheduling, and refunds as seamless as possible. Each package includes a non-refundable deposit to reserve your spot in my schedule. Should a refund be needed, all money paid, aside from the deposit, will be refunded. For rescheduling, we will work together to ensure a date that works for us both and go from there!

For the final edited wedding and elopement films the turnaround time is 6-8 weeks. For the final edited couples films the turnaround time is typically 4 weeks.

Absolutely! Due to copyright laws, I am unable to use copyrighted music without the artist releasing the copyright, which is usually done for a fee. I pay for a music licensing program that allows me to choose music based on your personal preferences and the feel/atmosphere of your wedding day to enhance your love story.

My bags are packed and I’m ready to go! I’m a Chicago-based destination wedding videographer, so I’m always excited to capture love stories wherever they take me. If your wedding is within two hours or 125 miles, travels fees won’t be applied. If it’s beyond that scope reach out and we’ll discuss additional details! I’m always looking to travel, with my destination dream locations listed here. If you’re wanting video services for any of these locations, a discounted destination wedding rate may be applied!

If I’m sick or otherwise can’t make your wedding date, I will contact another amazing videographer to capture your day. But don’t worry! All film editing will be done by me to ensure it aligns with my style and the kind of wedding film you’ve been dreaming about. If a videographer isn’t available, all money paid, including the retainer fee, will be refunded.
